ATHETLIC REGISTRATION

NOTE:  Athletic Manager Registration is ONLY if the Student plans on being a TEAM MANAGER.

ADDING A STUDENT TO YOUR ACCOUNT - ONE FAMILY ACCOUNT FOR STUDENTS ALLOWED

As a parent, once you have created your own personal account to manage your student's registrations you will then be able to add students to the account and begin registering for activities/programs. Please ensure that only one family account is created per family. Once a student's information is verified by a parent, captured, and associated with one account, the student should not be associated with any other parent's account in our system.This will avoid duplicate accounts and protect student information.

PHYSICAL EXAMINATION

Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and submitted during the electronic registration process prior to the first day of practice/tryouts. Click HERE to download physical form.

Physicals are valid for 1 year from the date of the last exam.
